Can I rate negative stars? Because it would be a negative ten out of five stars… no connection, when “setting up” were told to call a number - called it - were on hold for 30 minutes and placed on a call back list. After getting 3 call backs they rang once and hung up. Our one “call back” that worked placed us back on the hold list. We got our modem today 07-15-2022 and are sending it back tomorrow

Every six months, my internet service stops for seemingly no reason. One time it was because that they didn’t receive a payment despite the fact that I have opted for automatic payment. On two other occasions, I had the service technician come out and do a check which found nothing conclusive except that maybe it was my overpriced modem. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone over the past 2 years which has left me dissatisfied with my spark light service. Can anyone recommend another reasonable service that they are satisfied with?

Getting hooked up for internet service took over 5 months with no response from Sparklight. Called in Oct but didn't get hooked up until March. Called 4-5 times & went to office in person but no response until I guess someone finally decided to take care of me. I hope their service is better

I have used this company since they were CableOne and while the internet is consistent, I do not need nearly as much data as their new lowest plan offers. Twice now they have canceled their lowest plan and increased my rate. They need to add their basic plan back because I was a loyal customer, but now I am looking at more affordable providers.
