Honestly not happy with the service and quality as a Hilton gold member. Maintenance team was great. Our floor was soaking wet from humidity control. We had our rooms switched, but failure on management to adhere to the $30 dollar credit the next day. Front desk said I could not use the $30 credit on the gift store before checking out.

Everything was excellent except the pool was cold although the website mentions a heated pool. The hotel initially gave us a conjoined room but easily switched our room for us. The room was clean and our stay was pleasant. The beach is about a 10 min drive away.

I'm a Diamond member. Although, it's sometimes pricey, I must say this is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is amazing, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is great. I'm not worried about their new parking restrictions for small truckers tho. Lol

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful!! The front desk night crew were the best!! Everything was clean and our stay was lovely. We enjoyed the room, the pool, and the restaurant, Coach’s. Even though the hotel was packed with two conventions nearby, a craft show, and two weddings, the staff staff was amazing and very attentive.

No cleaning staff. Rooms are cleaned behind each guess or once every six days., you have to clean behind yourself. They will bring clean towels if you ask at the front desk.

Only dogs (limit 2) are allowed. Weight limit 75 lbs. Additional $25 per day up to $200 per stay.
