That's a good question, I've been told the same thing about Wal-Mart poor customer service and it's all over.

I wouldnt know if they have a tire plug kit but if you know how to remove the tire off your car or are capable of it take it to ANY Pep Boys. They will plug it for close to nothing and do it right. Side note they wont plug it for you if the puncture is on the outer wall of the tire but if its within the treads they will. I used to work at a Pep boys and we had quite a few of those. :) good luck

I went to the Walmarts I had a complaint about and talked to the manager in person. He was great, listened to my concern and resolved the problem.
