Either way Walmart does price match
Alot of stores have "online only" pricing. Not sure why but Walmart and target seem to have it more than most when I'm shopping. I usually buy online and pick up in store if it's not something needed right away.
Be careful in store too because the price tag will state one thing and it will ring up another. So at the very least skim your receipt before you leave and if anything doesn't match up stop by customer service on your way i and they will honor the lesser amount you saw on the stated price tag. Other stores are having this problem but doing the same as well. ie Big Lots, Dollar General, Shop Rite.
Even when the online price isn't matched up with the in store, you can always go and get them to match the lowest price you can find( On their website). Other places may match the lowest price you can find Period. Search for those places.
Ask for a manager
Most of the time, for all retailers online vs in-store prices differ. We can always ask for price match or place online order if we see online price is better and pickup in store. It worked for me for few electronics. Customer service also good.
on line prices are usually less than in the store even at other places it may be just the availability of it.
Prices very from app to store some apps go off prices from other apps but it shouldn't matter show your phone to customer service and show them the price posted on app
Each store runs there store different so ask to talk to the manager see if they can help you
