Got a DUI in the state of Delaware in 2011. The state lost my record, and are trying to make me take this 6 course again. I tried to get a new one but it is blocked because someone in Delaware, Derp or Brandywine lost my credentials. Latrice is the worst at resolving this. She is slow at response, and when you get turned down by the state, Latrice will give up on you and not offer a solution. And, apparently no managers exist to speak.

But Lord Forbid, I had a death in my life, Damn near the hardest one that I had been hit by and This Trif place gave me their behind to kiss. I don’t know who may read this but I wish I would have never walked thru this place’s doors for anything in this world. Monday they take 4 people at intake. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they take 8 people at intake.
It's not first come 1st serve but always good to get there early. Like early. Keep in mind if you do get picked. It's going to be least 4 hours before you get medicine. So be prepared.

Do they give you the Subutex with out naloxine in it because the Suboxone do not work with the Fetty it puts you in a worse withdrawal state due to the naloxine in them but the ones without it works better an you won't go in participated withdrawal because it doesn't have the naloxine blocker in it and I really want to get off the dope/Fetty but can't seem to work with the Suboxone anymore?! Please let me know ASAP
Intake is at 7am, get there at 6:30, limited people are chosen each day of intake. Fridays take the most=8 people. M,TU,TH,FRI...I think they may be fasing out TU, or TH, so call first if going those days. They open at 5am for dosing...be prepared to give UDS at 8am. You will not get dosed if you have Benzos in your system alcohol and benzos are a no no. If chosen, be prepared to stay until 12 Noon.
7am...urine drug test starts at 8am and you need to be + opiates but negative benzodiazepines to be dosed if you are picked. The first 8 people picked are accepted as long urine is as above. They try to put people on suboxin if you were never on sub (must have proof or been in detox/rehab before. I got turned away twice and had to go in Rehab cause I only wanted methadone. I've been clean since last year when I started clinic on methadone. They start you on 30mg, and up you by 10mg until 60mg, then up you by 10mg until 100mg, then require blood levels until you get to what dose it's right for you. I'm on 58 mg because I was nodding at 40mg and had to decrease by two mg, then went up 10mg (after two months of 38), then upped another 10 (6months after starting). I'm on the right dose for me and I'm on weekly's now, and should get biweekly's within the next month! Yeah!!!!
