I don't know. I am going throw the similar situation. They say one thing to your face and another behind your back, twist your words and use the twisted to cause more harm. I have over 6,000 pages of emails where DFS gets cought in a lie and does everything to keep your kids further away.
They can't take your child without a judge's order. Plus the mother was given free lawyer for court for her side to be heard plus any witness woukd been brought forwsrd the judge doesn't work for dfs. Nor can she nit follow protocol yes i seen dfs do shady stuff but. Thr goal they have is to keep kids with parents if that nit possible then relatives m i am single dad of 3 been thru stuff with dfs anf had also a relatives child for short period. So no they cant just take children they don't have that power the are not law enforcement.
