We are currently on our 4th stay here. In a million years I would have never thought we would have a need to stay at a RMDH. I am here to say I’m extremely thankful for the RMDH in Delaware. Every visit we have had the staff has been friendly and like family. The facility is great and super close to the hospital. We are very thankful to have a place that feels like home when we are 1500 miles from home.

Our company volunteers to be guest chefs every year for RMH. This organization is top notch and driven by volunteers. If you're looking for volunteer opportunities, check out RMH as they're in most states now. They provide a home away from home for families who have sick children in the hospital. It's a wonderful organization that does so much for families.

Everyone is so sweet here and just so understanding.It's the closest feeling to home with all the delicious food and the homie look of the place. They have different activities but definitely can get boring when you just get stuck in here for a long period of time. The rooms are a bit small but it's good enough for what I needed.

They accept aluminum tabs from soda and beer cans
So, if they coming in Nov i would contact them early so that they can have a room reserved,it is first come first serve, but since your friends are traveling abroad i would request a room to be held if ppasible, they ask if you can donate min $15/day i believe, i also think its not mandotory if you cant afford you cant afford and they understand that completely, they are very nice there and its a beautiful facility to stay at very welcoming and clean. go on their website, you can room request on the website and someone calls back to confirm.
