Very unprofessional office. Will turn off your benefits due to their negligence and losing your paperwork. The state of Delaware really needs to make the staff here take professionalism courses because they are absolutely infuriating at doing their job.

Yes, they've lost my papers several times and when we called they had no record of my address getting any papers.

With social services u fill out the bottom of your denial paper and turn it in to the change report center which the social services has a free fax machine to fax it over. Then you will get a certified letter in mail with your court date. The change report center was alot better at helping me then social services.
