Just had a meeting with Tia Tucker at the Newark location. Ms Tucker was very rude and curt with me right from the onset of the Meeting. When I informed Ms Tucker that emergency exceptions had to be considered because of my employment and my position she stood up and was raising her voice insinuating that "I needed to decide if my child was more important than my work or not". At which point I asked her if she was insinuating that I didn't care about my child's best interests and she became very animated and was raising her voice in a very inappropriate way. When I asked her to lower her voice because it was making me uncomfortable she told me to "go sit in the hall". At that point I asked her what was going on and she told me she was canceling my case and to "go sit in the hall". At which point she took my driver's license from the table and fled into another room with it. I was waiting patiently in the hallways when Ms Tucker once again raised her voice and told me to "go sit down". I replied that I only wanted my license and was waiting patiently in the hall for it to be returned. At no point did I raise my voice or say anything inappropriate and tried several times to get Ms Tucker to calm down. Very disturbing behavior from someone I'm expected to leave my child with or with anyone under her purview. I am the non- visiting parent and have custody of my son and my job is to protect him from this kind of behavior. There is no chance I'd ever leave my child with someone behaving the way Ms Tucker was, under any circumstances. Extremely disappointed....
