I had the most amazing experience with the American Red Cross Association of Columbia. My church hosted a blood drive and I felt lead to donate for the first time. From the moment I walked in the door I was cared for by the most kindest people. Every staff member and phlebotomist have the most caring heart and did everything they could to make my experience as positive and comfortable as possible. I couldn’t be more grateful for them. They are trained and professional with all hands on deck ready for whatever situation comes there way. They are some of the most compassionate health care workers I’ve ever met!
