After getting wrong forms from the Eastover location, I had to make 2 trips to Columbia. This was March 1st. Lights was due to be cut off on the 9th. TriCounty allowed me an extra week, things got to moving March 21st. I had to borrow 390 dollars on SSDI. I usually go to them after Xmas becuz bill is much higher. After having the app in the system and waiting on it to be assigned, I was denied becuz after several attempts I couldn't get the correct papers for my daughter who is incollege and doesn't live wit me I was denied! This has never happened. I guess it can be blamed on COVID. Smh! Thank u Mrs. Pearson in Manning on all your help, it was too much. Oh and the workers need to have more compassion when giving out the governments money to people who are in need. Also acknowledge that some situations deserve urgenc!!!

🤔Absolutely a NEGATIVE!! I waited 2 months under the guise that I was going to receive some assistance for my water bill. Just to find out after speaking to the water company nothing had been paid. So I called Wateree to see what was up! They tell me I was denied. I said no one contacted me with this information. My understanding was that it was going to be taken care. Long story short, I went back through the application process with the same agent, giving me the hopes that it would be taken care of and even told me that the allowance was higher. By this time, it's January 2022!! Same thing!! No response or contact! So I send an email to the agent, letting her know I was looking for an email from her. She tells me some BOGOUS story (about my my marital status) which was never addressed or mentioned) and that since my name wasn't on account/bill they would not be able to pay. I They surely are not living up to their motto: Helping others in need is not only a responsibility of life; it is what gives meaning to life! Their purpose. Helping People Changes Lives! They changed my life alright.... Made My Blood Pressure Rise!!! To me: It's a RACKET AND A FRAUD!!!
