I have been leaving voicemail messages for over 3 weeks now with 2 different people regarding a question I have on my taxes and no one will call back. It is extremely frustrating.

I finally reached an option of leaving my phone number and received a call within a half an hour. A very nice person called me back and was able to rectify my issues and get me on to the current tax year for my new payments. She gave excellent tax advice as how to avoid the same issues this current year. After months of trying to reach someone, I am satisfied with my outcome today and her service.
Two women came to our office requesting that the owner call their office. When she called they told her that she owed the IRS $1000 from 2017 and she should mail it to their address. We think it's a fraud, do you?
Hi if my wife claimed the kids as her dependents but they live with me and my tax return got rejected , but I did paper filed but I didn’t hear back from them yet and it’s hard to reach them by phone , can I come to this place will they help ?

Yes by appt only but i went as soon as it opened and they seen me without an appt. I was the only one there.
