Good experience at target. It had a little bit of a rough opening cause there wasn’t a lot of stock so it seemed very empty, but now theres a decent amount of good product. However still lacking in some areas. Staff was very kind especially Colin. He had helped us take care of some things and making sure we found what we needed.

The follow up on this store is unacceptable. I had to get police involved to even get help from them.

I was at this store getting a few last minute things and saw a lady and I guess her daughter going to the self check out. I was looking at a magazine, anyway the mom had asked if they had any bags? And in a very nasty tone, told her NO. Well you can see she was taken back by her remark. Then she asked if maybe the cashier had any bags. She said NO even nastier. Now working customer service for over 40 years, people have bad days but I was even taken back by her tone. The poor woman was so upset that she left her full cart there and walk out of the store with nothing. I did the same thing. I cannot believe that people would act that way. I really felt bad for the lady and her daughter. I bet she felt like she wasted her gas and time shopping with nothing to show for it. Maybe I should have said something to that young lady but now a days they make you out to be the bad guy so just left. I love that Target but will go to Brandywine instead.

If I could rate this target zero stars I would. This is the worst target I have ever been to! I have a seven month old baby with a dairy allergy. This target said they had three cans of his formula online. I called a total of 9 (!!!!) times, all different departments to confirm that what I was seeing online was true, every single time nobody picked up. I had no choice but to hope online was accurate, as I can’t find his formula anywhere. I drove all the way here from central Pennsylvania to get formula that was… not in store, but still said it was in stock online. A whole day wasted because this staff can’t answer the phone from any department. Absolutely atrocious. Walmart is even better than this.
