And truth is, it's never not true. Anytime I've ever called Walmart, I have always hung up before I even get to ask anything. It's ridiculous, don't have a number if you're never going to answer it!!!
I agree been applying for years btfu. Truth is they are greddy owners or managers
Then hire more people.
Walmart is a super store, yet they still have only a minimum amount of staff at a given time. Those staff members are super busy helping customers on the floor. The person at customer service can be on the phone for 10-20 min because people. Why? Because someone wants them to go to the back of the store and see if they have something in stock. If it takes a staff member 10 minutes to acquire an answer to a question its sad yet true.
They never answer the phone. And if they do they put you on hold for your whole life. Most the customer service reps have an attitude all the time.
