Your absolutely rite but I think they have been closing early at 9 pm a lot because of staff shortages but it is illegal to have a time on your door and to not abide by it. They are totally in the wrong

Due to the the covid picking up again places have reissued times on when they are closing!! They may not have changed the sign due to being short staffed!! I would call and ask what time they close... so it doesn't inconvenience you!!
