I go to get information from the office on the grounds, and they had a sign that said they would reopen at 1:30pm due to a staff meeting. I initially arrive at 11:40am. Ok, I can wait. At 2pm, I return. They STILL hadn’t reopened the office! Do NOT move here!!!!

I still live here and have been living here in a two bedroom apartment with my little brother since September of 2015. The first night I did see a roach and after that I kept seeing dead roaches in the both bathrooms. Also, I have been telling them about this nasty disgusting bug infested refrigerator since late September. The first time someone came, they replaced the white thing that holds the light bulb at the top of the fridge part. I noticed that the bugs were still bugs in the fridge and now even in the freezer. It's so bad that they're even coming out of the ice make in the freezer. I poured myself some water and put ice into my drink and noticed that some of the ice cubes had the bugs stuck in them which was absolutely disgusting. I have called them about this problem three times and no one has done anything about it and now I will be taking this over their heads. Please save your money and go elsewhere because it is nasty around here and very ghetto, might I add. Even the people in the office are a little on the ratchet side. This is in no way a good neighborhood as they try to sell it to you as one. NOT AT ALL. I was told this would be a quiet neighborhood and it is far from that. The police are always around and they don't seem to be much help because there's always people arguing at night or fighting and there was even a shooting out here. I cannot wait to move because this is not a place for me.
