I make it a point to post when things go well at urgent care, because it’s so hard to do! I brought in an employee with a pretty bad cut on his finger. Front office Jewel, did everything right. She let us know a realistic wait time, treated us with kindness, and triaged him to the back right away. I know we’ll be here a long time because they’re busy, but she made sure to do what she could to make it as smooth a process as possible. Also a clean and calm environment. Thank you to all the MA’s and doctors who took care of us. Great service.

AVOID. Rarely write reviews, but I’m taking the time to do so today due to the poor experience I had here. I came in on a Monday to perform a pre-employment drug screen for a company I moved to the Phoenix area to begin work for. I start work the following Monday and this drug screen result is needed prior to starting. After providing the sample, I was told it would be a straightforward process and to expect results in 3-4 days. Four days later on Friday before a holiday weekend, I received a called from my new employer, not FastMed, informing me that FastMed had lost my sample. No communication directly from FastMed, had to get that information four days later from my employer. As a result of this, I had to return urgently to the location to perform a second test, and was placed in line behind five other patients with an expected wait time of 1.5 - 2 hours. Their lack of due diligence in maintaining traceability on samples is now likely resulting in my employment start date pushing out, which directly affects my income. There are plenty of options out there, I would avoid places like this.

This is the WORST & SLOWEST urgent care I have ever been too. 2.5 hour wait even with a scheduled appointment and check in time. On top of that the doctor has no sense of urgency. If it’s not already bad enough to make patients wait in the waiting room for hours, you make them wait in the exam room for another hour. to make matters worse you can literally hear the doctor chatting away while patients wait to be seen, not like they’re here to get help or anything. Update: had to leave after THREE hours of not being seen. No one cares & they don’t respect your time.

YES
It’s illegal for them to watch you pee for an employment drug screen.
