Although a great chain with good hours & stock, this store must be suffering from the shortage of good staff these days. How else could this one clerk who works there ( always with a baseball hat, thin with a thin kid's mustache) still have a job. Arrogant, rude, aloof, couldn't be bothered attitude. And what makes me really write this review is that I've talked to 2 close people and they have had the same experience with the same clerk the past few weeks. Then I look at these other Google reviews and (yes, you guessed it) and more complaints about the staff. I have plenty of other options in the area to get my parts.

Like everywhere else, no mask no service, plastic screens at checkout stations.
You should call the store and all them directly. But I'm pretty certain that is something only the dealer can do.
Most likely depends on the car. Most auto parts places have some in stock but not all. Orders do not take that long, and they can check to see if it is stock at another location and have it shipped in a day or so.
