This review was long overdue. I had closed on a home in early Feb and wanted to carpet the home. I came across Carpets 46 and was interested because it was all American company and a long standing family business. When I stopped by, I was really impressed by the decor of the store and incredibly impressed by Luke the President. His expertise and attention to detail were second to none, and he showed us an entire suite of options. By the end, we fell in love with the Silk Reserve carpet and opted to have for the entire home. Luke went above and beyond -- he stopped by the house immediately after our consultation on Feb 14th and did all the measurements, ordered the carpets on the first freight up from GA to NJ and had the installation turned out and wrapped all by the following Wednesday. Results are below -- I think the tremendous work speaks for itself! Luke's an industry expert in all things flooring, but what stood out for me was that he was a tremendous person and very gregarious throughout. I never felt like I was being sold a bad basket of goods or another sale. He deserves every 5 star review that's on this board, and hopefully many more to come. Got new hardwood floors installed in my house. They ripped out the old flooring (Mix of hardwood, carpet, and laminate) and installed the new hardwood in less than two days. Great service, and they look amazing! Highly recommend!

Carpets 46 is amazing. Seamless service from beginning to end. Luke is very knowledgeable and explained all the details which made it an easy process. The carpet installers were in and out so quickly that I didn’t have to take any time off from work. Any family or friends who tell me that they’re changing carpet - I will be recommending Carpets 46!!!

You'd think 5 star reviews across the board would be suspect, but in fact, the reviews are totally justified. The entire process, meeting with Luke, choosing the right products, both the LVT and carpet installation crews, and even the recommended construction contractor, everything was impeccable. Highest level of professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Couldn't be more satisfied.
