The doctor David and nurse were so friendly and took time to explain so much to us at our appointment I really appreciated being treated so well

Set an appointment and the walked in early and they were able to see me right away. I had to get a CT scan elsewhere and it seems like they called me as soon as they received them. The only bad thing is I got another call later from another Dr. there saying something different regarding the results. Good, prompt care otherwise.

Had an appointment scheduled for a sports physical. Waited over an hour to be seen. Why even have people schedule an appointment if your going to have them wait over an hour. Ridiculously slow service made us miss out on a sports practice that was scheduled an hour and a half after our appointment. No one in the waiting room when we came in and waited alone in the waiting room for 30 mins before waiting another 40 mins in the exam room. Appt was at 3:40, didn't leave until 5pm

I learned recently when that happens they are usually closed or out of front desk staff. I went through the same thing. I was never able to schedule online. They are actually really good when you get there but like most places they're stretched really thin staffwise. I just did a walk in first thing in the morning and was seen within the hour. It's bad everywhere.
They do take appointments online and over the phone
