The cost depends on the program you choose and the length of time you are on it. I spent about 400 a month. That seems like a lot but you are saving money on food. HCG does work and you lose weight Fast ( about 15-20 pounds a month). The diet is easy to follow but does take some discipline and you really are not hungry (after the first few days). I have kept my weight off for a year without being too strict. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to lose weight.
