This review is about their billing department. It is awful! I've paid a bill, I have the info from my bank showing they deposited and accepted the check, and I sent them all the info they requested and yet they are threatening to send to collections. It's been since Aug that they have been trying to find where they applied the check! It's crazy that they are this unorganized and still threatening to send to collections. I have called, emailed and now my last resort is to post a bad review. I'm doubtful this review will get any other resolution. Do better!

i made an appointment way in advance. came on time . 40 minutes later i am still waiting in the lobby

I left before getting my lab done because the employees here made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location, but rather recommend the Queen Creek Sonora Quest location. I had no issues there!

The text when time to report to the desk was nice. I ran down the road and ate breakfast while waiting to be called the first time (take insurance and collect lab forms). Wait until second call wasn't too long either and helped that at that point my name was visible on the screen in the lobby. Farzana was amazing. She checked both arms to find the best vein for the blood draw then when she did insert the needle it was painless; both were unexpected but noteworthy. Top notch service.
