The people that work there are all very nice and I never had any issues with them sticking me. I know the issues are not the employees fault. The main issues are the wait time, and the set up of the waiting area. Of the 8 times I went it was not uncommon to spend 4+ hours there. The worst part is you are standing in line the entire time. No chairs or anything like every other Plasma donation center I've been to. People there literally bring their own camping or folding chairs to sit in while in line. The other issue with the line is they have a self governing system of 2 returning donors go, then 1 new donor goes. It is up to the people in line to figure out who goes next, which is a terrible idea. Some people are good about it, but almost every time I went people would mess it up. Overall, the wait time is not worth it after you are done with the new donor bonus.

3 stars for the god awful wait times. 1-2 staff members per 20 people in line is such a drag. Anyways you get to help make medication and you get paid for it! So that's a plus!

Friendly and clean always satisfied with the process getting in and out

Zero customer service, understaffed and no respect for the people there to donate. When I contacted customer service, no surprise...NO RESPONSE

Don't 4 get a bill from which u live from.its a simple test.reflex and stuff.past sickness. .Doesn't take but ten minutes.
$50 your first 5 times as long as its within 45 days, and you'll need to bring your social security card or w2, ID, and proof of address dated within the last 30 days
Sorry man but that was a dumb question lol
And if its been longer than 6 months since yout last donation you have to do the new donor process
Yes. They have a list of medications you cannot be on, though, so if you aren't sure about your particular medication you can call ahead to check.
First time donors get $50 each visit for the first month. After that...it's based on weight.
You don't need an appointment on your first visit.... you just have to go through a physical
They can find out. But blood type really doesn't matter
No you just need an arizona id
Technically yes. The first time you donate they need a piece of mail post marked within the last 30 days of your arizona address.
Have to be 18
Yes, CSL Plasma compensates donors for their time. Before your first donation, they will give you a reloadable Visa card; they will deposit the money you earn through each donation onto that card. The pay varies based on various factors which they explain before your first donation.
125 for the first 5, 50 after that. That have monthly special bonuses too.
Should be a 7 day waiting period to switch to CSL from the last time you donated at a another center.
Yeah it should work but you might want to call them and ask him
Thank you. It's just I'm planning in going this week an I was just wondering how much for new donner an how much do they get the first 5 times cause I remember it use to be 100. But that's even better.
150 after you do your physical and donate
The answer Nate gave you is correct.
No
Yes and don't eat anything greasy and drink plenty of water
Yes
Peoria and Tempe pay the same amount
It depends on how well hydrated you are. The better hydrated you are the faster the draw.
I would say yes but I would call them and ask just in case.
Yes that should work. Takes about 3 hrs on your first time.
Yes as long as it's with in 30days.and they should have have u on record if u been there. Good luck
When you go state to state that require your information over again I'm not sure whether you would be a new donor or not
Does the letter have be dated within certain time frame. Thx
Yup 2 times is max.
Depending on the day and new donations at least 4hrs.
4 u leave the place it's on ur card.b4 u hit the door. Unless it's ur fist time
S
if you do not have your donor number, you can go to the front desk and ask for it.
I had never asked. Just there 2 donate. A bit rude if u ask me.
No they can't test you for drugs they get z pee test to check protein levdls
U can't even take aspirin .anything that thins the blood. Good luck
Donations are usually 0n the 6th thru the 8th donations of the month.
Yes you can. I came in today, which is Sunday, at 3:45pm (they close at 5:00pm) as a New Patient and they still took me.
Just bring in a recent bill, cable or electric bill.Anything showing your name on it at current address.
they close at noon tomorrow. closed on Christmas
Yes. Can do cash back after a purchase or I'll go to Fry's service desk and get cash.
They don't check for that as far as I know.
yes
You'll need an ID, your social security card or w2, and proof of residency (piece of mail with your name on it and dated within that 30 days) You do not need to be fasting, in fact it is recommended you eat a protein based meal within 2 hours of coming in and drinking a gallon of water the day before AND of your donation They will explain the side effects to you before you donate but mostly there are none, you may feel a little tired after you donate
Yes they are til 5
I believe so.
Yep. You are starting over
Id, social security, and mail with a date within a month
Depends on how busy they are that day, usually around 6 or 7
Twice within a 7 day period but at least one day between each. So for example Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and thursday
Your info will transfer if you go to any CSL donation center they got this new system about year ago that when you go to the kiosk and place your info it will recognize it.
Yeah sounds about right they know your getting paid
they require proof of residence like electric bill so they may not let you if you just moved here.
There are quite a few different questions asked and depending the answer that the person gives, there may be more questions. There is also other tests (i.e. vitals, etc.) that are given plus it depends on the individuals history of health, even family history. There's really no way to know if you qualify until you go in and try.
No there must be a day between and there is a database they can check
if you take certain medication or insulin injections you will be deferred and not able to donate.
The money will be on the prepaid Visa they give you when you're done donating that same day. Usually right away, there are times it may take a few more minutes but not long.
1 years they have to be atleast a year old , then they document each one you have but they don't ask who did it etc.
It's the insulin tresiba and an oral medication jardiance
When i first signed up and went, without any bonuses,it was $50 for the first 4 times. Then after that its $20 the first day and $40 the second day you go within a weeks time. If you go say once on Thursday, and once on Sunday then the week starts over on Sunday and you'd only get $20 for each.
Yes but not within the same week
