To start this off I want to say that I don’t ever leave a google review, especially for a church. But the way my mother was treated over the phone to have our house blessed made me question the catholic faith. My brother was murdered and I’m sure u can imagine what my mother was going thru. So like the prayer warrior that she is; thought she can get consoling through the church we thought we belonged to. Only to get scolded over the phone by a very ugly woman about my brothers ashes; which is none of her business as we have been traveling from Dallas where the murder happened to El Paso where our family/funeral was held back to Arizona where my mother stays (we have arrangements to put his ashes to rest). She made my mother feel awful and made it seem like we were a burden and unworthy for the priest to come bless her house. Never have I had to deal with such pain and when ur own church abandons you it really makes the situation worse. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, you guys need to handle whoever is answering the phones because there are members who are grieving real bad and feel forsaken. We have to go to a church 30 minutes away in phoenix now because of how un welcomed and a burden my family is to this place. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!
