Horrible experience like all the other reviews. The receptionist at the Gilbert location is so rude and hateful. I was forced to see the PA for my first visit and was blown off by the guy. He told me at the end of the visit just to keep seeing a pain center. No testing whatsoever. When I asked for the next appt with an actual doctor, the receptionist refused and told me they do not allow patients to see other providers. I wanted an MD the entire time and they scheduled me for the PA. To top it off, I paid my deductible to the receptionist directly and now they are billing me for it. They have a thief on their hands.

Please read ALL of the poor reviews this office has before scheduling. Doctors are ok but they’re grossly over scheduled so you can’t get in for months and then they’ll call and reschedule your appointment and push it out weeks, no cancellation list to be put on. Front office staff lacks in their customer service, not accommodating at all.
