Was 10 minutes late (due to the ever increasing traffic on I-75 south) and was turned away with a refrigerated load and forced to sit and burn gas to keep product cool for another 17 hours. And people want to know why food costs are going up and why carriers will eventually turn away from delivering to this location?

The best Walmart ever. I had appointment at 5 pm, but stock in crazy traffic on my way. I arrived 25 min later and security guy gave a door right away and said what I am good. People who work here are very friendly. I got empty in 2 hour and was heading to the beach. Will come back here again. Thank you for everything!

Always take pics of the seal on your trailer while checking in at the gate. I had some rejected product and they put on paperwork that I didn’t have a seal when I checked in. As I was leaving gate, I asked the rent a cop that checked my seal why my paperwork says I didn’t have one... his reply was shrubbing his shoulders and walking off. So it’s ok to lie and even more ok to act like it’s no big deal!

One hour before and I would highly suggest that you go in an hour early. It will take a while to get through the check in line.
Arrive onsite with all of your information. There were a bank of computers near the entrance just for that purpose. I'm not sure where they are now as we are in the middle of a remodel, but you can ask at the front desk.
No this distribution center it's only for groceries. The distribution center for packers is located in Davenport US-27 AND I-4

No however most park on the road out side of security gate but is park at your own risk there are no parking signs think it's a $259 fine plus 3 points on your license
No staging lot. Previous responses about parking locations are correct with one exception. There is a pilot on US27 in Haines City. It also has limited parking and fills up in the afternoon.
No but there's a pilot about 2 miles away in Haines city on Hwy 27
