Staff was very professional and helpful. We arrived early for our appointment and they took my husband in immediately to administer the monoclonal antibody treatment. We were very pleased with the whole process. I would highly recommend Xpress Urgent care in Cypress.

The online portion of the registration process was not smooth. People were complaining of appointments being cancelled and I could not get the system to work either HOWEVER the staff were lovely. The PA I saw (I believe Mr. Hall) was kind, hilarious, and had the best bedside manner. 5/5 would get sick again just to have him as a provider. Also the wait time for a walk in appointment was impressive.

Throughout my life I have been in many urgent cares before. Some good but some ok. Xpress Urgent Care was exceptionally great. Their online registration was efficient and easy. I got called immediately and everything was ready when I got there. Staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. No waiting at all. I have already have told several friends and family. I highly recommend Xpress Urgent Care.

I was so grateful that this place offers same day appointments, I was able to get a Covid test with results in 15 minutes to be allowed to have a procedure done. Staff is friendly and courteous, was able to fill out everything when signing up for the appointment so it was uphill from there. I highly recommend this place to anyone needed medical care.

I have Kaiser but have but can't get them to make an appointment. I need Covid Test as I am an essential worker. Can I test here? What is the cost and is it a rapid test? I return to work on Monday and I am having symptoms.

You can get tested there without billing your insurance. You can then try to get Kaiser to reimburse you later. The website has their pricelist for the different tests at the different offices. Downside, you have to make an appointment online. Hopefully you can get in today. BTW, keep checking in. They only release so many appointments at a time

Hi Mike! The COVID-19 Test is done from the comfort of your vehicle to reduce exposure. If you don't have a vehicle then you will just need to wait outside until our healthcare provider comes to you to do the nasal swab.

It depends on what you're going in for

My confirmation for a 5pm apt says to complete the 1-5 process steps before my apt. time, or I'll be removed from the queue. What are those steps. I don't see them on my "Visit Confirmation" message you sent me.

When I had my appointment, steps 1-5 was entering my insurance information and maybe answering preliminary screener questions as well.

I've been there with Meducare coverage only and they took that, so I would say yes.
