Absolutely horrible. They placed a garnishment on my friend and after he paid the full garnishment they now want another 3k with no proof of any damages or an itemized invoice for what the amount is to cover. His lease was up and he did not renew so no rent was owed.

This place is trash , a waste of time & money and I absolutely mean that ! I wish there were no stars because honestly that’s what they deserve . Do your research they were built in 1978 , this year they decide to go up on rent . But they don’t fix NOTHING ! , they have ROACHES , they dont do no renovations just quick fixes (&I mean just duck tape things). I’ve been living here for a year and can’t wash my clothes here because they never gave the code to the laundry door , & not once did they talk about it when signing papers or giving a tour of the apartments . The only thing I’ve seen them do for the apartments for my year of being here is throw mulch down & power washing . Not to be funny but we don’t need that , get rid of the roaches , make the repairs up to living conditions.

Please do not rent here! They literally ruined my future renting process! This place is a complete dump! Bugs every where! We gave them a notice that we will not be renewing our lease but they didn’t listen so they automatically prolonged our lease without us agreeing and when we moved we paid everything they wanted us to pay but then summons us to court as an eviction after we paid! Now whenever I rent, landlord are reluctant because it’s on my rental history. I have to show documents showing that we weren’t in fact evicted ! If you love your peace of mind, sanity and if you’re a clean person do not rent here because you will HATE it !

This apartment complex is VERY poorly managed. I definitely do not recommend moving here. The neighbors are quiet but that it the only positive. The management team is ignorant and very hard to work with;especially with their lack of communication. The maintenance department(or lack there of) is a complete joke. The 15 year old washer/dryers are a joke when the equipment even works. The lawns are never taken care of and during this past winter residents were in charge of plowing the parking lots. We could not leave and after 4 days residents took it upon themselves to shovel the parking lot. The Management team simply avoiding us and refusing to help. This complex was built in the 70's and has never been remodeled. Many interior issues and my fridge(which is not full size) was broke for the first 3 days I lived there. Not a great start and the experience has not been better. The price is decent but you absolutely get what you pay for!!
