Great experience so far, mainly because of Molly who just started working here. She is quick to resolve and issues regarding noise and trash. She is efficient at communicating with Spectrum residents especially given she is working by herself until another staff member joins this October. Molly and the maintenance team are working hard in an attempt to have the facility repainted and upkeep needed repairs of stairwells, hallways, apartments, elevator and lights.

My apartment is spacious and there is a lot of nice places to hang out without having to leave. Management is very attentive, friendly and responds to any issues I've had in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend!

Initially it was a great place to live, but my apartment had issues down the road with the AC freezing over after running it for more than 2 hours. They are the absolute worst at answering calls and getting back to you. Also, your package will most likely get stolen, and charge you for the smallest of things. Walls are paper thin and neighbors are loud. Paid parking sucks because of how small the spaces are, and expect your car to get scratched every day! At least maintenance was great at responding to the issues we had. Not worth the price, but it was a good starter apartment that was close to VCU.

I recently moved in and have had an awesome experience so far. My apartment is beautiful and big enough for me and my roommate. I also really love we each have our own separate bathroom. So far the only down side is parking because the spots are too small and there aren't enough spaces. But everything else is really great, especially the gym. The people in the office are really nice and Molly has been great at quickly answering all of our questions and getting things done. I'm happy to be here!
