Very clean, good location. The price was 60 bucks more than on the booking app we used which was upsetting honestly, we only booked it because of the affordable price, we could of gotten closer and better for the money we paid. The receptionist was not having any conversation with customers about the price, a man in front of us became belligerent about his 90 dollar difference, we still stayed but would not return or recommend them because of the charges being so different and not being willing to honor the booking site rate. Also, parking is an additional 42 dollars, other places are 25.

Lady at front Courtney was so nice and inviting. She made us so comfortable. She let us check in early and gave us a upgrade second night with a balcony. Amanda at the bar made us some killer good long island teas. The trolley stops at your front door everything is close walking distance. Perfect location and far enough away from bourbon so you get quite sleep. We definitely will be back.

Great water pressure and temperature in the shower for those late night showers after Bourbon St. Pretty good selection in the market shop in the lobby. Didn't try the on site Bistro or Starbucks while visiting (always woke up too late or arrived back in too late lol) Friendly staff. Shout outs to the night shift front lobby receptionists for being available to let me shop for a late night snack. Housekeeping was fantastic as well. Room was clean for our 4 night stay.

Great location to be near attractions but not in the bustle of the French quarters. Room was adequate size; bathroom very small. Front desk staff extremely hospitable, helpful, & kind. Satisfied with my stay. Would recommend to others.
