I had a great experience on my short trip. Ashune was professional and very friendly. Great customer service. My husband and I could not find any complaints about the room. It was very clean. The one-bedroom suite was exactly as shown on the hotel website. The valet experience was great, even though it was $45 per day for parking. I rather pay $45 than drive around all day to find parking during the french quarter festival. Great location. There are many restaurants close by.

The clerk that checked me in was high. The odor of marijuana coming off of him was extremely unpleasant. He was spaced out. It took him a long time to process and respond when spoken to, it was to the point of awkwardness. The air conditioning was not working and the room was uncomfortably warm. It was after midnight when a maintenance person fixed it and we were able to cool down. Around an hour later a smell of smoke started coming from the unit. I called the front desk. The clerk told me he’d send someone up to check it, but he never did. The drain in the shower was/is stuck and in the drain is something slimy and dirty. It would not stay in the drain position. I feel almost like I was stolen from. I was able to get next to no sleep due to the maintenance issues. I should have saved my money and just driven straight through the night to get to my surgery at Tulane Medical Center, which was the reason for my stay.

Exactly what you’d expect from a Hilton garden inn! Nice facilities, nice room, clean and comfy. Stayed the night here for a cruise leaving the next day and it’s right up the street from the cruise terminals! I actually was able to just walk to my cruise! Definitely would stay here again.

It is a very nice and updated rooms with microwave and fridge. I had a problem with my shower when I first came in around 10 pm and they sent a mechanic within minutes and fixed it so quickly. To me that's an amazing service. Great quality to start and are prompt at fixing anything less ❤️

Yes.
About twenty minutes walk or several stops on streetcar, nearest stop is less than ten minutes walk from the hotel.
Not sure but there is free parking on the side street. When I was there they just reopened and they had to manually open and close with the clicker.
>10min walk unless you are trotting or speed walking. I would suggest getting an uber. If you elect to drive, there's parking down at the Riverwalk.
Nothing on site. Best bet are paid parking lots or hotel parking.
It is literally in walking distance. About a 10-15min walk. I passed by it on my way to the mall for some beignets at Cafe Du Monde. You can see the cruise ship from the hotel.
I would make sure the hotel allowed it. But I am sure it will be there when you arrive . It would be a courtesy to their for staying at their establishments.
One end of the convention center is about a block and a half away. Please understand that the convention center is very very long, many city blocks. Depending on which side of the convention center your sessions are, it could be between a 1 and 10 block distance.
There was a parking garage right across the street on the corner. But due to construction they changed the entrance to the back side. If your not familiar with the area it might get confusing but they had a huge sign pointing you to the entrance. Also for the hotel itself, they valet your car.
Uber was pretty cheap but most everything is in walking distance
Call the hotel and ask. Also ask if there will be water in your bathroom, did not work when I was there.
I Used a taxi you get too see different places you might want to visit
Yes. I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours while they prepared my room. They give you a ticket matching the ticket on your luggage.
Hotel has valet. It is $44 a day. I was there a week ago. There are places to park close by for less but not as secure.
If you're walking and the weather is fine it's about 20-30 minutes depending on your speed. Driving, it's 5-10 minutes if you're not worried about parking.
The museum is a bit too far to walk but if you enjoy walking it's beautiful.
It's just over half a mile. The hotel does not have shuttle service and won't tell you that there is one a half block away
