Excellent service! First , Kurt at the bar was one of the best service I experienced, he is excellent at his job and has an amazing personality, always smiling and very knowledgeable. Then, Silvio at the kitchen is a very fine cook, one of the best food we had, everything was amazing, ingredients were fresh, the menu is balanced and not greasy. He took the time to stop at our table and accommodate our special request which was very much appreciated.

What an enjoyable stay! The Staff is amazing! LaShonda at the front desk made me feel like I had been there a 100 times. Randall offered to walk my things down to the convention center (he may have regretted it) and went above and beyond! I could go on and on as every staff member I encountered treated me and everyone I saw them encounter like we were family. The hotel was very clean, updated and had a lively bar. This will be my new go to when in New Orleans!

Positive: Very nice hotel. Room was very nice. Most of the staff super sweet/helpful. Negative: I booked 3 nights at a specific rate however once they sent me my receipt, I found they charged random prices for each night (I am not talking taxes but actual room charges). There were a couple of mis-information issues but nothing that made the stay bad

Excellent hotel with decent pricing! Room was very clean and the amenities are great for those of us traveling for business. This is in a perfect location to get on I-10 from the convention center while still being in walking distance of the French quarter. Parking can be tricky but by using the premium parking app you know what you are in for in the area.
