I cannot say enough good things not only about the hotel- but the quality of care shown by each employee. The location was perfect, the rooms were so spacious and fit the quarter perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The staff was always so attentive, and were quick to respond to any request. I also really appreciated the level of safety that the hotel kept for the guests. 10/10 would stay here again!

Besides being beautiful, Hotel Mazarin has the most amazing staff providing the best service I’ve ever seen anywhere. I broke my leg on our first day in New Orleans. The staff helped me get to the best medical care I could have received and continued providing all the assistance I needed for the rest of our stay. They saved our trip! Thanks to Brittany for her help making our Hotel Mazarin reservations for next year. I’ll never stay anywhere else in New Orleans!

Very nice hotel. Love the courtyard and the rooms are nice. The staff was very helpful! The parking is very expensive if available. Valet only and $45 per day. Driving in the French Quarter is not suggested! Just take an Uber/Lyft or taxi. Also, I was disappointed that they do not offer the breakfast buffet on Mondays or Tuesdays. I was at this hotel a few years ago and it was a great breakfast buffet in the courtyard.

Ideally positioned for Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, this hotel maintains its old fashioned charm and the room was nice if a bit dated. The air conditioner struggled manfully through the heat of the day but lost the battle at times! The female staff, especially Analet and Britney we lovely and helpful, the male staff, to the contrary were nothing short of surly and stared a lot. The security guard was just plain rude and this spoiled our visit overall. The place is well worth a stay if you can get over sullen stares and muttered comments. We would stay again because of Britney.
