The SSD drive on my NUC i3 computer running Windows 10 died. I tried the usual repair options but nothing worked, so I took the computer to TechCare on a Thursday. The following Monday, Ray called to say they were able to recover almost all of my important files (note: many of those hadn't even been backed up yet). They recovered my data efficiently while upgrading the SSD drive in the process. I am very pleased with TechCare's service. Ray is so helpful and patient. I brought him two dead/broken laptops, one from 2006 and the other from 2016. He managed to extract all of the photos and documents from both hard drives and transfer the data onto an external hard drive for me. He also restored the 2016 HP laptop to full functionality, it is better than new.
