They send emails that track the progress of requests, quotes and appointments. Used them for range hood installation (replacing over-the-range microwave). Excellent phone communication: setup 4-hour time window the night before, and called 10 minutes before arriving (about 1 hour into the time window). Kept area clean while working, protecting both marble counter and range. Work was well done (no problems after first week anyhow). Price was also quite reasonable. Would recommend.
