The Inn is absolutely beautiful! But the best part was the people who work there. We came in late last night and front desk Patricia and security guard Eric (I think that was his name) were absolutely amazing. Our daughter had had a seizure in the car 20 minutes before we got there, they were so kind and helpful when we arrived. Quickly got us checked in and situated in our room. Eric gave my husband supplies so he could clean the car. He helped my husband while he was holding our daughter while I checked in. Patrica was warm and sweet to the other kids even though they were on edge. Kept making sure we were all okay. Absolutely amazing humans. We will be back thanks to the hospitality they showed us.

A charming and atmospheric hotel in a great location! Stayed here with a friend over the weekend. The room was extremely spacious and clean, and the balcony was incredible! Wayne and Eric were incredibly nice and helpful. The only thing to be aware of: if you get a balcony room, the trains come by late into the night and early in the morning, and they love blowing their horns. This is, of course, in no way the hotel’s fault. But consider bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

We stayed here several years ago and the room was very nice with a view of the riverboat. It was a great stay. This experience is very different. We are in a tiny room. The room is clean but is very worn looking including gashes where paint is missing and a very worn out bed. The room is the size a small bedroom. The bathroom toilet overflowed. They got to our room after about 15-20 minutes and unclogged it but the overflow left the floor wet and we had to use the floor mat and a towel to clean it. We are by the pool area which is loud. The whole area echoes. Another pro is the shower was great with hot water, space, and pressure. Though in a great location, I will think twice about staying here again or referring it to business colleagues and friends. Depending on where you stay in the hotel really determines your experience. The front desk is friendly. Parking area is across the street and was not crowded. The hotel has many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. However, the need for updating is very apparent. The room we stayed in was in the corner of one building with no elevator. We did have the help of the front desk to bring up suitcases and stuff. If you choose to stay here, request a room away from the pool and in a building with an elevator.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The room has character and was a good size for our family of 3! The beds are comfortable, I don't think any of us have slept this well in a long time. The courtyard was by far our favorite part! The pool is definitely small but was a great place to relax and cool off. Our daughter couldn't get enough of it. The courtyard is also a great place to sit and have a glass of wine at night. It is so beautiful and peaceful! On top of all this, the hotel has an incredible staff. They are kind and willing to help with whatever you need. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has parking for roughly $40 a night after tax, or you can park in the public lot which is directly across the street.
No, but you're centrally-located so you're going to be doing a lot of walking
I really couldnt tell you for sure about that, but i couldnt see that as a viable option.
They have a courtyard in the middle of hotel that you can smoke at.
