The best place we have ever rented from in the metro Richmond area. The management and staff are extremely friendly, professional, and prompt. The location is perfect and central to all parts of the city and surrounding suburbs. Moving here from Scott’s addition three years ago, we can’t speak highly enough about this place.

I've been a resident here since December of 2019 and have had a fantastic experience! The apartment building is in a terrific location right at the entrance of Belle Isle and the Buttermilk nature trail. You are within a few minutes drive to Scott's Addition, Carytown, and downtown Richmond. The amenities are second to none and include a beautiful new swimming pool that is always in the sun and has an amazing breeze 24/7 because of the location right on the James River. The Sky lounge on the rooftop is super cool and along with my apartment balcony has the best panoramic views of the city hands down (see pics attached). The recently finished renovation includes granite countertops + stainless steel appliances in the kitchen which I absolutely love (with a GAS range!!!).The new floors are the perfect shades of Grey and are awesome as well! Probably the biggest surprise has been the management and staff here - they go out of their way to treat you like family and are incredibly responsive should you need assistance with anything. Colleen and Candace in particular are the best and are so professional.They're always planning activities for the residents and some of the recent highlights include the Cinco de Mayo party and Summer poolside BBQ - both were tons of fun! I highly recommend making 2000 Riverside apartments your new home if you're looking in the Richmond area - you definitely won't regret it! 👍😎

Year two update! I'm so content that I signed on for another year. In with the limitations of the COVID-19 restrictions, Colleen and Candace continue to find ways to make this a fun place to live with giveaways and celebrations. National Margarita Day was a true hit with takeaway margarita kits. There have been a few minor maintenance issues, but Daryl (the tech I have mostly interacted with) always take care of the problem quickly and in a friendly manner. My rent was increased a little bit when I renewed, but well within the range and this place still compares favorably (better price!) to comparable properties. Check them out! First review- I have lived at 2000 Riverside Apartments for six months now and I'm very happy with my choice. There is a good sense of community in this building that is supported by the staff (hats off to Colleen, Candace, Paul, Daryl and Tito) who are always friendly and helpful. I have experienced the occasional after hours noise issue, something common in any apartment I have lived in, but the building management here addressed the issue quickly and now I sleep soundly. Point is, there are always going to be some issue, so it's important to me to live somewhere that my concerns are heard and the rules are enforced in a professional manner. I love all the building amenities, especially the gym and free coffee (currently not available due to the virus, but understandable). I picked this place for the location along the river with the easy access to the trail system and it has been incredible! I'm happy to call this place my home.
