In my four weeks of searching for an apartment, I interacted with apartment leasing offices all over the City of Richmond. Across dozens of conversations with leasing professionals, the kindest, most professional and solutions-oriented person I encountered, hands down, was Holly in the Willow Oaks Apartments office. As soon as I sat down with Holly, she wanted to understand my timeline, housing needs, and expectations to help me achieve my goal of moving into the right apartment as soon as possible. Many leasing offices will set your expectations high on the front end, only to hit you with red tape and roadblocks after your application fees have been paid and give you the run around after the fact. Not the folks at Willow Oaks apartments! They give you very straightforward feedback on what you should expect from the application process. Their facilities are beautiful, the people are nice, the location is great, and I'm loving my new apartment! Thank you Holly and the Willow Oaks Apartments team! We were very impressed with the process from beginning to end.

I am grateful to have found this apartment community. The office and maintenance staff is super. Holly has been a great asset and everyone helps me with anything that comes up. The apartments aren't perfect, but the setting is peaceful and calming. I hope it remains this way!

I've lived here for about 6 years and love it. I started in a 1 bdrm and upgraded to a 2bdrm. The wooded view is so worth it! Holly in the office is responsive and awesome.
