Have you ever wanted to over pay for a place to live? Somewhere you can’t even open the windows because of the roaches and ants you see on your window sills, poor craftsmenship (like drawers that won’t open more than an Inch because of the fridge as well as poor repairs), grass that is not maintained enough so ticks and fleas are EVERYWHERE, unprofessional pest control(that nothing was done about), appliances that fall apart, of so Kings crossing May be for you. Kings crossing seemed like a saving Grace in the beginning. Now I cannot wait to leave, and I’m beyond upset with the price that’s being paid for the quality of living being received. We had a neighbor who lived in for a week and no wonder why they left so quickly.

I left a 1 star review ever since I moved here 2 months ago. And I still think it’s still 1 star. Before and during the move, it was a disaster. And ever since we moved in, there’s just been so many problems with the apartment. For example, we couldn’t use the shower from this bathroom for 2 months because of leaking above kitchen area until it got fixed recently. It took them so long to figure out how to fix the leak. And now I found some cockroaches late at night and in our fridge. We always keep our clean. And we’ve been using multiple ultrasonic pest repellers to keep our place bug free but my bf unplugged the one by the kitchen and after that, I saw them crawling around. I am horrified and so disgusted right now. Please stay away from this place if you can afford to live somewhere else.

Nice apartment but everything breaks and they take days to fix it. Heats been out for days and they won’t come to fix it. Washer floods when it wants too and dishwasher leaks all the time.

Fine for a short stay, but don't plan to live here long. I moved out after two years because, like others before me, the rent went up drastically each time I was up for renewal. Moved in December 2019 so the majority of my time there was during COVID. While there were rent freezes all over the country, Kings Crossing wanted 20% more (about 10% each annual renewal) than when I moved in. And that was after providing fewer services -- most of the amenities were closed during the early days of COVID, then they decided to close the small gym again for renovations, and they never resumed package service at the front office. Would have been somewhat tolerable if it was a nice apartment, but it was super dated. Shabby carpet in every room, old appliances, and super-thin walls. Wasn't worth it in the end.

Utilities are all separate, water and trash are paid with the rent though. Ive been here for about 5 months and highly recommend it.
