DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The apartments are in bad condition, they take weeks to fill a maintenance request and to top it off the staff at the office are so rude, specially that skinny white lady that looks like she hates to be there! So unprofessional , cant wait for my lease to be over to run from this place!

I’ve been trying to get in contact with leasing for a month now. I’ve been going by and getting the same answer someone will call you sometime this week a going on 2 months now and still no answers why tell me you have an apartment available but then say you don’t know when bad communication I never would’ve wasted my time and money putting in a application. Bad for business stay away and the bad thing about it when you go by there someone is always in the office so why not answer the phone or respond to emails. Never going back here again!

Update: I have been trying to get in contact with the leasing office for weeks and have not received a call back nor an email back in response to an outstanding balance I was never made aware of. Please check your emails and voice-mail for messages. I have lived in this complex for 3+ years and the quality has slowly deteriorated. Now as I type this, there is a dumpster in the parking lot in front of my home with trash everywhere around it and although out the parking lot and yard. I never get a call back or response nor are their promises ever kept. I am looking forward to not renewing when my lease is up in a couple months.

Now I realize why they are below 3 ratings. I am calling for two days many times but nobody answers the phone. What's the point of having a office if no one answers? If this is what happen I am lucky that I have not paid anything to apply there. Thank God.
