Tried it for the first time and everyone loved their dish. Good options and nice portion sizes. Would definitely visit again.

Our family has been to this place on two different occasions about 1 year apart. Each experience was similar. The service was very slow. We would get seated and served water whenever a table became available, but 20-30 min would pass before a server would come by to take orders. An advice would be to be prepared to order everything all at once: appetizers, meal and/or dessert alongside any *beverages. *Our server both times we went had charged us for our beverages and we had never received them. On the bright side, the kitchen would have our meals prepared quickly and served within 15 - 20 min. Food: I had gotten the flat stir fry noodles and most of our party had the meat with rice vermicelli. On our last visit. Flavors were nothing spectacular and a bit on the bland side. I gave it 2 stars since the service is slow and the food is bland. This place is ok but not great.

Amazing food, kind owners. Pho is healthy comfort food, and Pho 1 did not disappoint. Tofu tom yum hit the spot, and my husband loved his "everything" pho (Saigon street noodle). My 4 yr old young son took my husband's quail egg, and shared the grilled chicken bun with my 1.5 yr old. They are usually both picky eaters, but they loved this simple, fresh, delicious food! We ate here on a road trip, and in my kids' chaos I left my wallet on the table (!). I realized three hours later and called the restaurant. Owners Kim and Tom had my wallet and offered to mail it to me. They put it in the mail the next day. Good food, good people <3 Next time we are passing through Richmond we will definitely make a stop!

Everything we had here was awesome! The dumplings tasted homemade, and the fried tofu was the best we have ever had. My Tom Yum soup and taro bubble tea were excellent. My partner's soup was great too! Our only disappointment was the Thai coffee. The explanation on how to use the coffee filter was very short, and my partner ended up getting a lot of grounds in his coffee. Pouring was also quote a mess with the cup shape. Wither way though, it was a small issue in a grand scheme of things. We totally recommend it!

Very good. Good distancing, require masks, plexiglass in place at the register.
