I was super sick and I came to this urgent care to get tested and treated. I made an appointment an hour in advance, but it seems like it was unnecessary since intake was super quick on a Friday evening and I was seen pretty much immediately. Gilbert and his companion were a godsend, and they had excellent bedside manner and helped me be comfortable even though I was feeling terrible. They were able to rapid test me for covid, flu, and strep, with all the results coming back within 10 minutes. Gilbert-NP made a spectacular judgment call and prescribed some medications that helped me feel better within a day, even though I had been battling a fever for multiple days beforehand. When I got to the pharmacy, I discovered that my prescription had been sent under the wrong name due to my mistake during patient registration. Even though I called the office 4 minutes before closing, the receptionist was able to get Gilbert to resend the prescription under the correct name. This was really crucial since I would've otherwise had to wait until morning of the next day in order to get the medications. Gilbert also checked in on me a few days later by phone call, to make sure I was feeling better and to tell me the results of the other labs. I appreciated the thoughtful aftercare. All of the staff has been super helpful throughout this entire experience, and they've gone above and beyond what I would expect from an urgent care clinic. I would definitely recommend this place for your healthcare needs.
