Place is very slow paced, nice people however waiting 2 hours for an uncomfortable infection brewing is ridiculous. And the place is falsely advertised as not busy when it is “as they say”.

General Work / school physicals are performed (no appointment necessary) but note that insurances will not cover a physical in an urgent care center, only sick / illness / injury visits, so it is an out-of-pocket fee paid at the time of service. General Health Assessment /Annual physical type visits are NOT routinely performed as these would best be done at a Primary Care Doctor's office.

Yes! The only day closed out of the year is Thanksgiving Day. Some Holidays have shortened hours (New Year's Day is one) but most are normal hours. Feel free to call to confirm the hours any day!
