The place is great!! Ashley at the front is wonderful and very helpful! But please don’t see the PA Jennifer Miller she don’t know anything! I came in with a swollen eye didn’t even look inside and prescribe me ointment!!! I went back today and saw the Dr he was very helpful and gave me antibiotics and eye drops!!! If I don’t get better I have to drain my eye lid that got infect even more because of her negligence

Zero stars Worst service from receptionist upon walk on. And had to leave could not obtain services. Due to receptionist mistreatment felt very discriminated. Possible receptionist didn’t want to work on Sunday and disliked her job working with the public. My husband was not well and needed to see an urgent care provider. We wanted to come to this urgent care being it had great reviews and I have had a good experience in the past. When walking in my husband and I were treated with the receptionist who was very rude to me while I was helping my husband fill out paper work as he could not see well. She also made rude remarks as to me as I was filling out paperwork. She didn’t jit want to accept my insurance card for services. I was treated really disrespectfully even though my husband expressed his need for me to help him! She would not stop saying disrespectful things to me in front of other patients and was blaming me for her behavior when I told her to please stop and there was no need for her mistreatment. Not only would I be a customer: patient seeking services I am a veteran and do not appreciate the treatment I was given. This rude behavior was s absolutely unacceptable as healthcare workers should have a more considerate bedside manner towards the clients that come to the facility to obtain treatment Especially when we are paying a lot of money for a service that is costly. Never again

I walked in about 12 minutes before closing, as soon as I walked in 2 other patients did as well. The receptionist was clearly annoyed and looked like she did not want to check anyone in. I told her of my symptoms which included a cold symptoms, coughing and shortness of breath. She went to speak with the provider. The provider came out and told me “for shortness of breath we're not going to do anything for you except send you to the emergency room” and began go question me in the waiting room in front of all the other patients to see if I truly had the symptoms I said I did. She said “your carrying a conversation with me now for someone who has shortness of breath”. It was an annoying and unpleasant experience, and clear that they did not want to see patients but instead wanted to go home. I walked out and found another urgent care where the doctor cared enough to evaluate me.

Yes $95 - best deal in town... Great Doc that does them too. Fun to talk to. Hes real knowledgeable.
