On a recent Friday evening, my children and I needed urgent care for a horrible respiratory issue and sought care at the 4th ave location. From checkin to checkout, I was incredibly impressed with the care and service provided by the entire team. Dr. Natalia Grinkina was extremely thorough and professional and really went the extra mile with all three of us to make sure we were listened to, properly diagnosed, treated and sent on our way. I can't thank her and the team enough as there's no way we would have made it through the weekend before getting to our PCPs on Monday. We feel lucky to have this MedRite location in our neighborhood.

This Medrite Urgent Care that me and my wife go to is Beautiful.The wait is never long,the staff is so nice and helpful.The doctors always educate us on our issue.I would recommend all my friends go there for they medical needs.

Check your bills. I recently had a situation where I was billed for a COVID test but the bill did not take into account what my insurance had already paid. When I called Medrite billing they said this was a mistake and that they would issue me a new bill for the proper amount. I get that mistakes happen but I also wonder what would have happened had I paid the full amount they were requesting - I would have overpaid and it likely would have gone unnoticed.

Overall Wondeful set of staff members at MEDRITE Urgent Care Park Slope. Thank you Chanel for professionally providing me with my screenings. The MEDRITE company is very lucky to have her on board. The Exams, vitals and Phlebotomy process was very outstanding. A visit here is highly recommended.
