Great place to go for all things COVID! Third time I needed to use this facility for COVID testing. The place is tranquil, never crowded, and they explain what might need to be done in eventuality of a + test result. Most importantly, the use all COVID precautions, something many health care facilities unfortunately no longer do. I got my negative PCR results within a day.

Hi Marlon, Thank you for your question. Currently, we have a patient portal but it's “under construction” for patients to be able to access their results online. In the meantime, we send out results via email. I hope that helps.
$150 for the rapid test
Depends on the time you go. Budget for an hour minimum
the covid PCR test usually takes 36-72 hours, but it is sent to the lab and may come back sooner than that or later depending on lab volume.
At Citywide Urgent Care, you don’t. You can supply your insurance card, and we will deal directly with the insurance company for billing. If you don’t have your insurance card, you can leave us a credit card number which will not be charged for at least 48 hours after your visit. If you find your card at anytime during these 48 hours, you can send us an image of your card, and we will not charge your credit card for your urgent care visit.
Yes, we can. If your piercings are itchy, bleeding, painful to touch, or bothersome in any way, we can help alleviate that. Yes, we most definitely can. Many government and union requirements include preventative care and testing for employees. We help ease the process by coming down to your business so that your employees lose little to no time getting their testing and care up-to-date.
The following methods can help you: 1. Ask your friends and family for recommendations. 2. Do an internet search for ‘urgent care near me’ or the words urgent care, followed by your zipcode. Once you get the search results, check the reviews and comments at each site. This will help you determine the quality of the urgent care in your neighborhood.
It is not the urgent care center which decides on what the copay should be: It's the insurance company who sets the copay. Therefore, the amount of your copay may vary, based on your insurance.
You can definitely use insurance to pay for your visit. Just bring your card with you. If you don’t have insurance, we’ll charge you a low, walk-in price.
Yes, we do. Our practitioners can take care of all of your wound injury care. They will assess the site, determine whether you need stitches, or if a milder form of treatment is adequate, properly dress the wound, and provide direction for aftercare.
Yes, we do. We are a full family urgent care provider. Our practitioners can help both children and adults with emergency and medical care needs. From injury care to illness to pre-employment physicals, to vaccines, to lab tests, our urgent care facility provides for your medical needs.

As long as you have your insurance (https://citywideurgentcare.com/insurance) card with you, there is no reason a practitioner shouldn’t see you.

Absolutely. Our mission is to make medical and emergency care available to every single person who needs it. Our medical director and staff of practitioners includes many doctors and PAs. We have a doctor at our Brooklyn site for a large part of our business hours. However, our PAs do cover some hours when the doctor is not on site. Our medical director is always on call for consultations and emergencies.
Teenagers between the ages of 16-18 years old may be seen without a parent present. However, the patient’s guardian must fill out a form or provide verbal consent, granting the practitioner permission to see and treat the patient.
Since we know that Brooklyn parking can be very difficult, Citywide Urgent Care dedicated an indoor parking lot, and valet parking for our clients.
When you are dealing with a life threatening emergency, the safest thing to do is either call 911, or get over to your nearest emergency room. An urgent care center is equipped to take care of non-life threatening emergencies.
Yes. Citywide Urgent Care believes that emergency and medical care should be accessible to everyone. We accept many insurances (https://citywideurgentcare.com/insurance), and, depending on your plan, your visit can either be covered completely, or you’ll have to pay a co-pay. However, if you don’t have insurance, we have excellent self-pay rates for your visit. You can either book an appointment online or by phone, or simply walk in to our clinic.
While emergency rooms serve those with life threatening situations, an urgent care center serves as a walk-in clinic. Practitioners can treat patients with a large array of non-life threatening services. This includes mild illnesses, injuries, pre-employment visits, vaccinations, insect bites, sprains, and the like. Typically, an urgent care center will provide more affordable service than an emergency room, and you’ll get quicker, more efficient service.
At Citywide Urgent Care, most lab results are available within 48 hours. However, there are some very rare exceptions where results may take up to 7 days to become available.
