the line between fraud and lies it's very thin but they are both equally wrong. STAY AWAY from this facility. Walked in to take a covid test required for a business trip the following day. Their facility is right in front of cvs where you can get a covid test for 70 usd. I walked in just because i recently moved in the same block and wanted to get familiar with their place. I was ready to pay cash to avoid dealing with insurance plan usual surprises but the receptionist asked me if i was insured and i gave her my card. She told me you don't need to pay, it's covered. I asked again (i have trust issues) if everything was FREE OF CHARGE (yes, not covered etc, i said FREE OF CHARGE with my strong Italian accent). She smiled and said of course do not worry (with a nice and reassuring smile). I get in the room, get the test and goodbye. 2 weeks later again, same exact thing. That was in May. In August i get their bill, 499 usd x 2 visits total 998 usd to be paid by ME (net of insurance coverage). I call them and then i walk straight to the facility. They go: yes sir the covid test it s covered but you are paying for the urgent care visit that comes with it, 499 usd. First of all i never asked neither got a visit but if that compulsory for an urgent care facility to visit anyone who walks in for a covid test (is it really??), a person in good faith would have told me about it instead of refusing my cash and getting my insurance card. I could have paid cash (they were charging 70 usd at that time for a covid test) OR walk to CVS. Why would i ever go for the whole package? Why? They knew it. I told them it was for a trip. That's how they get you. Fraud? Lies? up to you to name it. If any if you had the same problems (my insurance provider told me they got hundreds of calls about this) please let's join forces and sue them for misleading info and not full disclosure. karma is not always enough. UPDATE: i just read below reviews with similar problems to mine, not surprised!! will try to contact you all and see what we can do.

UPDATE: I did exactly what the “owner” instructed me to do in their reply over a week ago and have not heard back. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go here. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Pulled a bait and switch on me. I explicitly asked the staff if there would be any out-of-pocket expenses for a COVID test and they checked my insurance and assured me it was 100% covered. Had they told me otherwise, that would've been fine and I would've just left. Four months later I receive a bill for $225 and I've now spent 3+ hours being passed around by their customer support with no resolution.

Very rude staff. I haven’t felt so uncomfortable at a walk-in clinic in years. General feeling that they did not want to be there, did not want to help you, did not care. Terrible and rude for no reason.

I’ve always had a good experience here. The doctors I’ve seen has always been good, lab results come fast and the lady infront remembered me from several months ago which will always score you some extra points. Overall very friendly and efficient overall.
