Great noodles in a small shop near the University. Decent amount of outdoor seating, although indoor seating is closed. Service is fully self service, ordering inside on a screen, and you get a text when the order is ready for collection. Popular place so you may have to wait a little while to get a table, if you choose to eat at the venue.

I loved the stewed pork noodles here. Fantastic broth, tender meat, perfect temperature. Xi’an has a nice outdoor dining area, so this is a nice place to eat if you’re looking to minimize Covid risk.

Ordered a take out and not really impressed by the food. The spicy oil dumpling is sub-par. The filling is bland and the gravy/ soup is very salty. The spicy lamb cumin noodles is less than average. Shredded lamb makes their presence very insignificant and the meat has near to zero fragrance and taste. The noodles and sauce is of average and has zero spicy taste. Overall, a pretty disappointed meal.

This food reminded of china. It's the most authentic noodle I've had in a while, and the flavors almost brought a tear to my eye. It was delicious, and the noodles!! Thick, doughy, amazing. I loved it, I loved the cumin lamb too. Sooo tasty! Not a 5 star only because the bun that we got was kind of bad, super dry and tasteless. But the noodle soup was heaven. Just don't get the sides xD

face mask is required to entering restaurant, big Snneze guard are hanging separately restaurant staff with customers
The actual noodle shouldn't contain egg. It's flour, salt and water. Depending on which dish, there might be fried egg.
