I took my toddler there with a 101 fever and we waited for hours in room 2 for the doctor, and when the doctor came he only checked his ear and told us to wait 2 days for it to lower but didn't even give us any medication, I went directly to a hospital where we was treated there. The doctor at this place isn't even a doctor he had to check my baby's ears for 20 minutes while he was crying hard. But they deducted costs from my insurance while doing nothing at all.

They are so overwhelmed of trying to get the results, I went December 24 and I got my PCR January 3 . The best bet is to call them and let them know .cause went I call they text it to right there
