This community is conveniently placed in Westend Henrico. It really feels like a village here. All of my neighbors are pleasant and respectful. The management team is pretty cool to work with and the Maintenance Team is super fantastically awesome! They do. However I agree with Justin. This place is awful. I received an apartment that was disgusting and in terrible condition. I can't wait until my lease is up. They also tow people's cars when they're out of town with zero notification and zero care after the fact. Do not move here. You'll regret it.

One of the problems is that it is too many work vehicles parked where regular cars could go... Seriously they need to park across the street..it really upsets me when I cannot come home late and a big work truck is parked up front or in another row and I cannot park closer...it is really ridiculous...something has to be done..09/10/19..JT
